Unlearning "Stuff" from Massage School


Know how we were all told about having to drink water after a massage to get rid of lactic acid and other metabolic waste from the massage?

Well, scrub that out of your brain. It's wrong.

  2. Well, I still give them a bottle of water, it's just that my "talk" has changed. Keeping well hydrated is always a good thing anyway.
